This page is a step-by-step guide to connect your wallet to our Shopify store to receive special store perks. By connecting your wallet and your Tigerbob Genesis digital collectible or other eligible token to our Shopify, you agree to our Store Policies, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

If you are a holder of an eligible token, below are instructions and answers to common questions about the process.

 

 

PRESALE PROCESS

Step 1

  • During an initial holders-only Presale, you will be prompted to connect your wallet before you can add a product to the cart. Click “Connect Wallet” and select Metamask or Wallet Connect.
  • You will need to select the latter if using a wallet other than Metamask, including a hardware wallet such as a Ledger.

    Step 2

    • Connecting your wallet requires a simple signature – there is NO transaction, and NO fee (gas) involved.

    Step 3

    • Once connected, you’ll be able to add products to your cart.

    Step 4

    • When you add an item to your cart, you’ll see a list of the Tigerbob token(s) or other eligible token(s) in your wallet. Simply check the box beside your eligible token(s) and click "Add" to proceed.
    • There is no token "redemption" – nothing is burned or transferred.
    • Please review each product listing for detailed information about eligible tokens and discounts.

     

     

    PUBLIC SALE PROCESS

    Step 1

    • During Public Sale, you'll still want to connect your wallet to receive a  discount off your order.
    • Please review each product listing for detailed information about eligible tokens and discounts.

    Step 2

    • Follow the same instructions in the PRESALE PROCESS section to connect your wallet and verify ownership of a Tigerbob Genesis digital collectible or other eligible token. 
    • Please note: The discount will only be applied at the checkout step, so you will still see the full retail price when you review your cart. Click Checkout to see the updated/discounted price.

      TROUBLESHOOTING

      • If you get stuck at any stage prior to checkout, please refresh the page and try again. 
      • If you get stuck on the checkout screen, go to "Review My Cart" and click "Clear Cart" to start fresh.
      • Be sure you’re connecting to the wallet that holds a Tigerbob Genesis digital collectible.
