Please read our policies carefully. When placing your order, you agree to our Store Policies, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. Please note that our Store Policies are subject to change over time.

Please note that all orders are first come, first served, and the availability of products on our Shopify website is subject to change without notice.

 


 

ORDER TIME FRAME: MADE-TO-ORDER

  • Items marked as "MADE TO ORDER" are produced in our factory in Brooklyn, NY when your order is placed. Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received.
  • We estimate that ordered items will be produced within 7-10 business days and are then packaged and shipped. However, production can sometimes be delayed (see Order Time Frame: On Backorder section below). Shipping time will vary depending on your location and other factors. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped.
  • Our factory produces a maximum of 20 made-to-order pieces per day, 5 days per week, excluding holidays.
  • In the event that we experience an influx of orders, such as at the beginning of a new drop, the product(s) you purchased may go "ON BACKORDER." This means production for your order can be extended up to six weeks. See Order Time Frame: On Backorder section below for details.
  • Feel free to contact us if you have NOT received an email notification of extended production time or a shipping confirmation email 15 business days after placing your order.

 


 

ORDER TIME FRAME: PREORDER

  • Items marked as "PREORDER" are products that available for purchase before they become available for shipping. This means that your order will be completed & shipped once the item is available at a later date.
  • PREORDER shipping timeframes are estimates provided directly in the product listing. PREORDER shipping timeframes will not exceed 8 weeks from the date of your order. You will receive a shipping notification once your PREORDER item has shipped from our warehouse.
  • Please note that PREORDER item purchases are not supported with accelerated checkouts like Shopify Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Meta Pay.
  • If you order a "PREORDER" item with other items that are available sooner from our store, you will receive those items earlier than the PREORDER item. Please note that you may receive multiple packages & tracking numbers for a single order.
  • Feel free to contact us if you have NOT received a shipping confirmation email within 8 weeks from the date of your order.

 


 

ORDER TIME FRAME: ON BACKORDER

  • Items marked as "ON BACKORDER" are "MADE TO ORDER" products that need additional time to be produced in our factory in Brooklyn, NY. Keeping in line with our sustainability practices, we order only as much yarn and materials we need to produce our products and occasionally need to restock, usually when we receive an influx of orders.
  • We estimate that items "ON BACKORDER" will take an additional four to six weeks before they can be produced, packaged, and shipped. Shipping time will vary depending on your location and other factors. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped.
  • If you order a "MADE TO ORDER" item that goes "ON BACKORDER" after your order is placed, we will provide an email notification advising that production time for your order is extended.
  • Feel free to contact us if you have NOT received an email notification of extended production time or a shipping confirmation email 15 business days after placing your order.

 


 

ORDER TIME FRAME: SHIPS IN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS

  • Items marked as "SHIPS IN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS" are ready to ship and are fulfilled by our warehouse in North Carolina. We estimate that ordered items will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business. days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped.

 


 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $100.00.
  • All domestic orders are shipped from Brooklyn, New York and/or North Carolina. The carrier may vary and tracking will be provided to the customer when marked as shipped.
  • Shipping is not included in the base price of products.

  • Standard domestic shipping is calculated based on the size of your package, the weight of your package, your location, and region.

  • Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout, prior to confirming your order.

  • You will receive a tracking number for your order via email so you can enjoy hassle-free, real-time updates on your package.

  • Please note that it is possible for your order to be shipped in multiple packages and from multiple locations. In this circumstance, you will be provided a tracking number for each package in your order.

  • Domestic shipping to the lower 48 states is approximately 5-7 days after your order is produced. However, actual shipping time depends on your location and shipping service.

 


 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    • All international orders are shipped from Brooklyn, New York and/or North Carolina. The carrier may vary and tracking will be provided to the customer when marked as shipped.
    • Shipping is not included in the base price of products.

    • International shipping restrictions apply and are subject to change. Click here to learn more.

    • International shipping is a flat rate fee.

    • Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout, prior to confirming your order.
    • You will receive a tracking number for your order via email so you can enjoy hassle-free, real-time updates on your package. International shipping time frames vary based on your country, region, and shipping service.

    • Please note that it is possible for your order to be shipped in multiple packages and from multiple locations. In this circumstance, you will be provided a tracking number for each package in your order.
    • Orders received outside the US may incur additional shipping costs and are subject to change. Customs, VAT, duties, and other charges are not included and are full responsibility of the customer. You may be required to pay these fees prior to receipt of your package.

    • If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to request it be added. Please note that restrictions apply and are subject to change.

     

     


     

    ONLINE AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Please sign up for a customer account on tigerbob.store to register as a bidder. As a registered bidder, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions outlined hereafter. You also agree to pay, and authorize the payment of, any applicable fees outlined in this document due to your negligence and/or default. 

    GENERAL INFORMATION

    • TERMINOLOGY. Each item or listing for sale via auction is called an "auction" AND/OR "lot", with both terms used interchangeably.
    • Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they are a legal binding contract between you (the Bidder) and GROZEN FA LLC DBA TIGERBOB. To register and bid you must agree to these terms and are bound by them as a bidder.
    • Please note that these Terms are in addition to our Terms & Conditions and purchase guidelines listed on this page.
    • The Auction Terms listed are general information for all auctions/lots and special terms can apply. When Special Terms apply, we will outline these in the lot's description.
    • ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. Please review all photos and descriptions. The item for sale in the auction/lot is the item specified in the description. Please contact us prior to bidding if you have any questions about an item.
    • Once you place and confirm a bid on a lot through our bidding platform, you cannot remove or lower a bid. Bids will not be removed once they have been placed.
    • ALL SALES FINAL. Due diligence is sole responsibility of the bidder. When the bidding ends on our website and you are the high bidder, you assume complete responsibility to purchase each winning auction/lot at the time of sale.
    • ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE UPON RECEIPT. PLEASE PAY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE. We will attempt to contact you within the 24 hour time period with email notifications to prompt you to pay for your winning auction/lot. Non-payment within the designated time frame will forfeit your winning auction/lot and you will be banned from bidding on our platform in the future.
    • OFFERS. You may receive offers for lots you've bid on when the high bidder doesn't pay.
    • EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS. You will receive an email notification when you place a bid, when you are outbid, when you win an auction/lot, and when you receive an offer.
    • ONLINE ACCOUNT NOTIFICATIONS. You can review your saved auctions, bids placed, and auctions/lots won on your online account. Please login to your account and click the VIEW MY AUCTIONS button to access this information.
    • PAYMENT. Checkout for your winning auction(s)/lot(s) use our Shopify checkout system. To add your item to cart, please click the link in your email notification when you win an auction, or on your online account, click VIEW MY AUCTIONS and then click READY FOR CHECKOUT. You may continue to browse our store and add additional items to your cart prior to checkout. Please review the PAYMENT OPTIONS section below for payment information.
    • NOTICE. We reserve right to refuse a bid. We reserve right to add or remove items from the auction, split or combine lots, add minimum bids or reserve prices. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule an item, and/or auction event or make changes to auction closing times or inspection or removal of items.

    AUCTION CLOSING

    • The closing time of the auction will be listed within the auction information page of our website. Once bidding closes, items you have won become your responsibility.
    • Our auctions feature EXTENDED BIDDING (also known as Popcorn Bidding). If a bid is placed on a lot within the last FIVE minutes of the auction, bidding will extend on that lot for FIVE minutes past the closing time. That lot will remain open until there are no bids on that item during the extended time period(s). This only affects lots that receive a bid during the last FIVE minutes of the auction. Any lot not bid on in the last five minutes will close as scheduled.
    • Our auctions offer MAXIMUM BIDDING. This means that you can place a higher bid than the next “Asking Bid''. You may place a max bid at any time in the place bid space by simply entering the highest number you want to bid. When you place a MAX BID, the current bid price will only go to the next increment, or one increment over someone else’s max bid if one has been placed. The computer will bid for you in the predetermined auction increments up to your highest dollar entered only if someone else bids against you to raise your bid to that dollar amount.
    • When someone has already entered a MAX BID on an item you are bidding on, the system will automatically bid for you until you are the current high Bidder or you reach your MAX BID. If you have reached your MAX BID and are still not the current high Bidder, the system will give you the opportunity to enter another MAX BID.
    • Bids will be placed in the order that they are received. If TWO buyers enter a BID of the same dollar amount, the buyer who entered his/her BID FIRST will be recognized as the high bidder at that price. If you bid a certain amount and see that the bid is indeed that amount, but you are not the 'High Bidder', that means that someone else placed a max bid of that amount, and therefore their bid was placed into the system ahead of yours.
    • GROZEN FA LLC DBA TIGERBOB is not responsible for internet malfunctions, loss of connection or system glitches that may prevent you from placing last minute bids, or receiving notices from our company. If the system is busy, your bids may not process within the last seconds of an auction closing, and you may miss an item you want.

     


     

    PAYMENT OPTIONS

    • We use Shopify Payments which accepts all major credit cards plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay. We also accept Paypal and Amazon Pay.
    • Payments are accepted in USD only.

     


     

    TAXES

    • Taxes are collected if you are located in the United States. Locations subject to collection are subject to change due to state laws.

    • Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout, prior to confirming your order.
    • International taxes are not included and are responsibility of the customer.

     


     

    RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS

    • Items marked "MADE-TO-ORDER" or "ON BACKORDER" or "FINAL SALE" are FINAL SALE. This means that these items are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
    • A made-to-order purchase of a product from Tigerbob demonstrates your commitment to ethical production and supply chain innovation. Our garments are made on-demand and we do not carry clothing stock at our factory. As a result, our policy differs from traditional retailers. There are NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
    • Please check our SIZE GUIDE for detailed size charts of our garments, and instructions for measuring before placing your order. If you have any questions about what size to purchase or what fit you would prefer, please contact us so we can help you make the best decision. We are not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not accept returns, issue refunds or make exchanges due to incorrect sizing or fit.
    • In the event that your garment arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so we can make it right.

      You must contact us at store@tigerbob.io or through our contact form within 15 business days of the delivery of your order (based on your tracking number) to notify us that the garment arrived damaged or defective. Please provide your order number, your tracking number, and photographs of your package upon receipt as well as images of the garment. We will advise you of next steps after receiving this information.
    • In the event you'd like to return or exchange your eligible item, please contact us at store@tigerbob.io or through our contact form within 30 business days of the delivery of your order (based on your tracking number) to notify us. Items must be unopened, with their original packaging intact, and unused. We will not honor returns and exchanges 30 days after the date your order has been marked delivered.
    • Please double-check your order before placing it to prevent a mistake that could prompt a return or exchange.
    • Please note that shipping charges are ineligible for refund.

     


     

    TOKEN-GATED PURCHASES

    • Token-gating is a tool we use to reward holders of our Tigerbob Genesis digital collectible and other eligible tokens. The Tigerbob Genesis digital collectible is patrons' front row seat ticket to observe, collect, and participate in Gossamer's creative projects, including the Tigerbob fashion brand.

    • Purchasing a Tigerbob Genesis digital collectible or other eligible token is NOT required to purchase Tigerbob apparel or goods; however, please note that some items may be exclusive for Tigerbob Genesis holders and other eligible token holders to purchase or claim.

    • Please review each product listing for discount details and eligibility.

    • Please note that all orders are first come, first served, and the availability and support for digital collectibles on our Shopify website is subject to change without notice.

    • Tigerbob Genesis digital collectible holders and other eligible tokens are NOT guaranteed the ability to purchase our products at discount, during the Presale period, nor during the Public Sale. We will do our best to troubleshoot and assist Tigerbob Genesis digital collectible holders in the attempt to check out, but the availability of products is not guaranteed due to technical errors on Shopify, on your browser, or otherwise.
