  • How do I track my order?
    Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order via email so you can enjoy hassle-free, real-time updates on your package.

    You can also download the Shop App to track any valid tracking number from our store. After you place an order, you can download the Shop App from our store's order status page.

 

  • What are "MADE TO ORDER" items?
    Made to order items are products that are produced in our factory when your order is placed. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Check our Store Policies to learn more.

 

  • The product listing says "ON BACKORDER." What does this mean?
    Items marked as "ON BACKORDER" are "MADE TO ORDER" products that need additional time to be produced in our factory in Brooklyn, NY. Keeping in line with our sustainability practices, we order only as much yarn and materials we need to produce our products and occasionally need to restock, usually when we receive an influx of orders.   • What does "FINAL SALE" mean?
    Items listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, and cancellations. All made-to-order items are final sale.

 

  • What does "LIMITED EDITION" mean?
    Limited Edition means that there is a finite amount of items produced.

    Producing low edition pieces allows the Tigerbob brand to stay as true to Gossamer's one-of-a-kind handmade artwork as possible.

    Each limited edition product is tagged with a special woven tag, indicating its edition size and style code. You can read the full edition details in each product listing.

    Please note that due to the nature of made-to-order production, made-to-order edition pieces are not individually signed or numbered.

 

  • How often are new items added to TIGERBOB.STORE?
    Unless otherwise noted, please expect at least one new drop of products every month. Stay up-to-date by signing up for our newsletter!

 

  • What does "RWS" in "RWS Extrafine Merino Wool" mean?
    "RWS" refers to the Responsible Wool Standard. The RWS is a voluntary global standard that provides a benchmark for animal welfare and land management practices in sheep farming and improves traceability. Click here to learn more.

 

  • I need a special size, can you assist?
    We want be as inclusive as possible by offering as many size rages as we can; however, this requires feedback from our customers.

    Please contact us if you don't see your size. We'll do our best to add more size variants for future products.

 

  • Will I be charged sales tax?

  • Is purchasing a Tigerbob Genesis digital collectible required to buy Tigerbob products?
